So I was walking around in Bendigo and decided to go in for some ice cream thinking the place was nice. However, I was taken in by surprise. As me and my family walked in the employees looked up at us for a brief second and looked away with no warm greetings. They provided no customer service the entire time and showed no kindness to us Asian people. However, as a white family entered, the employees immediately stopped their task to smile, wave and greet, not even looking at us anymore after our purshase or even a simple 'goodbye'. Come on Cold Rock Bendigo, show some manners and racial diversity. We are Asians but we are still humans so please treat us like humans. This was a horrible experience and I am very hurt. Is this the way to treat your customers? :(
